Travis has six years of hands-on experience in self-storage, working with both general partners and limited partners on deals across the country. He understands how each side of the table thinks — and where they often get tripped up.

He holds an ownership interest in over 1.5 million square feet of self-storage and has reviewed and underwritten more than 1,000 on- and off-market deals. That volume gives him a sharp eye for what's worth pursuing and what isn't.

Travis has worked with private clients and investment groups of all sizes, helping them evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and manage assets from start to finish.
